Our Story
It began as a small Discord community created for women from the NYC Bitches With Taste subreddit. As more women joined, one thing became clear: people weren't just looking for events, they were looking for real friendships.
What started as a handful of casual meetups has grown into an independent social club where women across New York City come together to build meaningful connections through shared experiences.
Today, our calendar spans everything from neighborhood cafés and Michelin-starred restaurants to museums, wellness classes, volunteer initiatives, book clubs, sporting events, and weekend adventures.
Everything we do is guided by one goal: making it easier to meet remarkable women, discover new places, and create lasting connections throughout New York City.
Because at the end of the day, communities aren't built around events.
They're built around people.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Ana.
When I first started meeting women in New York, I realized something that surprised me; meeting people was easy. Finding the people you'd actually call on a random Tuesday night wasn't.
That's why I started hosting small gatherings where strangers could become familiar faces, and familiar faces could become lifelong friends.
Watching those introductions turn into dinners, walks, group chats, and friendships has been the most rewarding part of building BWT Social Club.
My goal has never been to simply organize events. It's to create a community where women feel welcomed, connected, and excited to call New York home.
